How to translate the english software to other language

After the Russian version was released, many users wanted us to provide a way to translate the software into other languages.
1、download the english version software: http://www.instrustar.com/update-en.asp
2、download the "Resource Hacker" http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/
3、use the Resource Hacker Open the translate software, like "SpecialVersion.exe"
4、Action->Change Language for All Resources,  Select the Language and Click Change

5、Then translate the English in the left resource into the corresponding language.
6、Action->Compile Script
7、File->Save
8、Run exe and you'll see, translated interface
9、Please pack the translated exe and send it to us. We will compile in the latest version of the software, so that later release of the new version, there will be a corresponding language, do not need to translate again.
